            •           Air Pollution Source Permitting including progressive alternative fuel permitting in the Portland Cement Industry, Title V permitting, compliance demonstration through emissions accounting, and construction modifications

            •           Project management of projects that are time-sensitive in nature involving careful coordination of both engineering and field work 

            •           Emission measurements at many industrial facilities including power plants, Portland cement plants, phosphate fertilizer plants, industrial boilers, industrial furnaces, resource recovery facilities, asphalt plants, and other emission sources. 

            •           Air pollutant emission measurements, including EPA Test Methods 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5A-D, 6, 6A, 6C, 7, 7E, 8, 9, 10, 13A, 13B, 22, 23, 25, 25A, 26 and 29 (40 CFR 60, Appendix A), and the Ontario Hydro Method for mercury.

            •           Certification of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in accordance with Performance Specifications 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 (40 CFR 60, Appendix B).
